I don't use Lift. Why am I being billed?

The funds for the Lift products may be deducted only in case the user has the subscription for one of our services. So, even if you haven't used the Lift features, but have a subscription, your account would be charged for the renewal. 

We kindly recommend canceling your subscription before the end of the billing period in order to avoid irrelevant further charges.
