How do I cancel the subscription? – LiftApp.AI

❗️Important notes:

• When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

• If you have a web-purchased subscription linked to your email and you sign in using Apple's authorization method, a separate account may be created with an Apple-generated email.

• Cancelling this subscription through the App Store may not cancel your web subscription, and you may be charged for both subscriptions.

• To cancel your web subscription, sign in to the app using your email credentials and follow the steps below.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel the subscription anytime if you decide to stop using the premium features. After the cancellation, the subscription will not be renewed further; however, premium features will remain available until the end of the current period.

Web purchase 💻

The Web purchased subscription is connected to the email address used during the purchase. You can cancel it via:

👉 Manage Subscription page in your web account at Liftapp.ai

Sign into to your Liftapp.ai account
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription

👉 Follow this cancellation link.

👉 Follow the cancellation link in the email you received after the purchase.

👉 You can also contact our support team to cancel your subscription: support@liftapp.ai.

After cancellation you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, but you won’t be charged again.

iOS Purchase 📱

If you purchased through the App Store, you can cancel it via:

👉 The Lift App:

Open Settings in the Lift App.
Go to Subscription.
Tap on your Active Subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

👉 Device Settings:

Open Settings on your device.
Tap on your Apple ID.
Go to Subscriptions.
Select Lift.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android purchase 🤖

The Google Play purchased subscription is connected to your Google Play account. You can cancel it via this cancellation link or:

👉 Your subscriptions in Google Play:

Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap "Cancel subscription."
Follow the instructions.
