How do I check if I have a subscription?

You can check if you have an active subscription, as well as its expiry or renewal date, in different ways depending on the source of the purchase:
 

Web Purchase 💻

The Web purchased subscription is connected to the email address you used during the purchase. You can check its status via:

👉 Lift App:

• Open the Lift App.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Subscription.

👉 Emails from Lift:

• Check your inbox for emails from Lift regarding the subscription purchase, renewal, or cancellation.
• Don't forget to check the "Promotions" and "Spam" folders as well.

iOS Purchase (App Store)📱

The In-App purchased subscription is connected to your Apple ID account. You can check its status via:

👉 Device Settings:

• Open your device Settings.
• Go to Apple ID.
• Tap on Subscriptions.
• Select Lift.

Android Purchase (Google Play) 🤖

The In-App purchased subscription is connected to your Google account. You can check its status via:

👉 Google Play:

• Go to Google Play.
• Tap on the Profile Icon (top right).
• Go to Payments & Subscriptions.
• Select the Lift subscription.
