The app is slow or crashing — what should I do?

If the Lift app is lagging, freezing, or crashing, try the following steps:

1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
   Go to the Google Play and ensure you have the latest version installed.

2. Restart the app and your device
   Close Lift completely (remove it from the background), then restart your device.
